Vaga — identity
Vaga was a project for both creation and artistic programming centered on sound, visual and performing arts. Its aim was to complement the academic curriculum through activities that took place in three unexplored spaces at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto (FBAUP), which took shape from the 21st to the 25th of September 2020.
The event had two workshops, a talk on “The Academic Role on The Creative Process”, a performance and an installation selected through an Open Call to the faculty students.
Both the graphic identity and part of the production were part of my graduation project.
The identity had as a starting point the keyword “wave”, as Vaga would act as a wave, invading the faculty with the reflection and thoughts about how the relation between sound and image is being thought and lectured in this space.
